Mrs. Funke Ijaiya-Oladipo

Mrs. Ijaiya-Oladipo is a high-achieving, results-driven, finance professional. She has over 16 years operational finance, corporate finance and capital markets experience across Nigeria, South Africa, and the United Kingdom.

She was appointed Group Finance Director of UAC of Nigeria PLC (‘UACN’) with effect from 28 July 2021. Prior to this, she was UACN’s Group Chief Financial Officer, with overall responsibility for the company’s finance function. Her previous roles with UACN include serving as Head of Investor Relations, responsible for strategic stakeholder management and aligning UACN’s capital market activities to its strategic priorities.

Prior to her joining UACN, Mrs. Ijaiya-Oladipo was the Head of Equity Capital Markets at Stanbic IBTC Capital, responsible for providing financing solutions and raising equity capital for public companies. She has worked at leading global financial institutions including Goldman Sachs and Standard Bank Group where she advised local and international companies on initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructurings.

She joined the Board of Grand Cereals Limited on July 21, 2022. She is also a member of the advisory board of Sponsors for Educational Opportunity Africa (SEO Africa), a non-profit leadership development organization.
